How long does it take to deliver a bundle?
It depends on the bundle you choose and what’s included. We work quickly but never compromise on the details – quality always comes first.
In general, you can expect:
- Smaller bundles: 2–4 weeks.
- Larger bundles: 4–8 weeks, depending on the scope.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the design?
Through revisions and feedback, we always aim to deliver a result you’re happy with – and so far, we’ve succeeded every time! We’re committed to understanding your needs and making adjustments until it feels right. However, for us to do our job effectively, we need you to provide clear and constructive feedback. A simple “no, I don’t like it” unfortunately doesn’t help us improve and could mean we miss the chance to help other businesses.
If, despite clear efforts from both sides, we still can’t get there, we handle it fairly:
Unhappy early in the process?
If, for example, we’re working on the logo and you’re not satisfied, we won’t move on to the next step. You’ll only pay for the work completed up to that point (e.g., a portion of the total bundle price).Unhappy with a later stage?
If, for instance, you’re happy with the logo, brand guidelines, and web design but not the social media assets, we’ll adjust the price for the remaining work. We’ll deduct the cost of anything that doesn’t meet your expectations.
Our goal is to always deliver high-quality work and maintain a transparent and fair process. You can trust that we’ll do everything we can to make you satisfied – after all, that’s our job! 😊
Can I get help with updates after the project is completed?
Absolutely! When it comes to updates for your website, we offer the option to add Hosting & Support. This means we’ll host your site on our Google Cloud servers and keep it updated with the latest versions of the themes and plugins we’ve installed – all on a monthly basis.

If you choose to host with us, your site will be placed on our Google Cloud servers, designed for high performance. Here’s what you get:
- Powerful resources: Each live site gets 12 CPUs and 8 GB RAM to handle everything from high traffic to heavy plugins.
- Optimized performance: We optimize both images and site resources for the fastest possible loading times – a win for both users and Google.
Need something else? No problem! We can build on other systems too, such as a headless solution with Sanity, if that better suits your needs. For such projects, we’ll review your requirements and provide a tailored price proposal. In short: we adapt to your goals. 💡
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use what you build?
Not at all! We design our bundles to be as user-friendly as a smartphone. With WordPress and Elementor, you’ll get an interface where you can easily drag and drop, edit text, and update images without touching a single line of code.
